The page refreshes itself every 15 seconds (you can change that in Settings) and the Updated time at the top shows the last refresh. If that turns red and says Not updating, the page keeps retrying and the last numbers stay on screen. The panel button at the top right of the sidebar turns it into a small dock at the bottom of the screen, and the same button at the end of the dock opens it again. The page remembers that next time.
Overview
Where things stand for the range you pick at the top: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Custom.
Waiting on you counts every Needs review card nobody has decided yet, whatever the range. Click it to open Leads.
Qualified and Disqualified use your call where you made one and the AI's verdict where you haven't.
The badge under a number compares it with the same number of days just before. Green is better, red is worse.
The line under a number has one point per day.
Coming up lists the next five interviews and sales meetings. Click one to open the contact. Recent activity shows the last seven cards scored, confirmed or moved in the range.
Leads
Every discovery interview the AI scores shows up here as a card within seconds of the call being processed.
Confirm when you agree with the AI. The card stays in its column and counts as a match.
Drag a card, or use Move to, when you disagree. Your call is saved to the contact's Final Verdict in GHL. The AI's own verdict never changes.
Needs review cards are ones where a rule wasn't clear from the call. Read the reason, then move the card where it belongs.
Click the reason line to see every rule the AI checked, with the prospect's own words. The dot beside it keeps the AI's colour even after someone moves the card.
The mail and phone icons start an email or a call. Recording opens the call in Fathom and Open in GHL opens the contact.
Filter by dates, interviewer, or a name or company. Search suggests names and companies as you type. Any date in the date picker removes the date filter.
The line above the board shows how often the AI matched your call. It counts only reviewed cards where the AI made a call. Needs review cards you decide count as resolved instead.
If a save fails, the card goes back to where it was and says why. Nothing is half-saved.
Calendar
Phong's bookings by month. This tab appears once Phong's calendars are connected.
Use the arrows to change month and Today to come back to this month.
The list on the left shows today's bookings. Untick a calendar to hide it from the month.
Drag a booking to another day to move it. The message at the bottom has an Undo.
Click a booking to open the contact. It shows the Google Meet link or the meeting address, with buttons to join, copy the link or open the address in Maps, plus the contact's details, lead verdict, history and other bookings.
When a booking starts within 15 minutes it shows at the top of the sidebar with the minutes left. Click it to open the contact.
The grey number beside Calendar counts the bookings still to come today.
Right now the bookings are samples and moves are not saved anywhere.
Analytics
The GHL numbers and your interview verdicts as charts. Pick 7 or 30 days at the top.
Interviews scored, Qualified rate and AI agreement compare with the same number of days just before. Green is better, red is worse.
Verdicts by day splits each day's interviews by verdict, using your call where you made one.
Hover over or tap a day on a chart to see its numbers. With the keyboard, tab to the chart and use the arrow keys.
GHL numbers has one chart per number, grouped into Today, Interviews, Conversion and Campaign. Charts stop at yesterday, since today's numbers are still coming in. The line under each title is the last full day and its change from the day before.
A number appears here once it is signed off. Until then its name is listed under its group.
View Detailed Report under a chart opens that number's card on its own tab, with the contacts behind it when the number has them. Interviews booked opens on the Interviews tab.
All | Split by source shows each number for BBB, BNI and Unknown leads under the combined one. The choice carries across every tab.
Interviews
How interview slots were booked, moved and kept. This tab appears once the GHL numbers are connected.
Schedule outcomes count the Report-calendar slots on the day: the original ones scheduled, the ones rescheduled, the ones cancelled without a new booking, and the ones GI cancelled as unqualified.
Click a card to see the contacts behind the number. A contact with a booking opens their profile.
The same numbers sit on the Overview under Interviews, next to the booking flow from Conversion.
Campaign
How today's outreach texts and calls landed. This tab appears once the GHL numbers are connected.
Opt-out and failed SMS rates show their limits, 3% and 10%.
Calls made and calls connected are one card each per rep. Connected means the call completed and lasted over 0 seconds.
The table shows which SMS step each positive reply and booking came after, by campaign. It starts on the day the reporting webhooks went live, shown under its heading.
Conversion
How first contact turns into a booked interview. This tab appears once the GHL numbers are connected.
Reply to booked is today's bookings out of today's positive replies. Contacted to booked is the same out of the new contacts reached today.
Sales meetings and AI Reconnects count today's slots on those calendars. Reconnects are not inside the sales meetings number.
A rate with nothing underneath it yet shows a dash instead of 0%.
History
Verdicts over time. Switch between Day, Week and Month.
Reviewed is how many cards someone confirmed or moved. Agreement is how often the AI matched those calls.
Resolved counts Needs review cards someone decided. Not reviewed is what nobody has looked at yet.
Outreach by day lists the daily texting and booking numbers once GHL is connected. A day tagged not final is still being computed; it settles after 4 AM Pacific the next morning.
